As the developer of Pro Numerology Calculator (developer name: Pema Leshem), we collect only email addresses and usernames to track trial periods and provide paid subscription access.

If users do not renew their subscription or sign up for one after their trial period ends, their data will be automatically deleted one year later on January 1st of the following year, assuming at least a year has passed. This deletion process occurs regardless of whether users request data deletion or not.

For example, if a user signs up for a trial in October 2024 and does not purchase a subscription, their account, including their email address and username, will be permanently deleted in January 2026.

If users wish to delete their data before this automatic process, they can send us a request via email at swatch8a@gmail.com, and we will delete their username. The email address will still be automatically deleted at the designated time to prevent the creation of repeated trial accounts using the same credentials.
